Policy Overview


1. No Refunds: All sales on items purchased are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Exchanges: We offer exchanges only in cases of manufacturing defects or damages incurred during shipping. To qualify for an exchange, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving their order with proof of damages to support@shadedbytb.com.  

3. Customer responsibility: Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product. Which includes style, color and quantity.

4. Shipping and Handling: We strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for each order. Orders are typically processed between 1-5 business days and shipped via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 3-10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes for international shipments. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.  Please allow up to 1-3 business days for a response.
